Overview
Alliance provides the full spectrum of cost engineering services to include cost estimating, risk management, controls, and scheduling from pre-design through construction documentation. Our certified cost engineers and quantitative analysts have extensive experience preparing cost estimates, risk assessments, and controls through the planning and design phases of the project life cycle. We follow the AACE International recommended practice estimate classification and expected accuracy methodology.
